Yes a focus on the future. Had a brilliant morning meeting with Seb from the Brunel University. Good place to meet up in the Spa Hotel to discuss the planning of the residential weekend to help Heal and Empower Women survivors of violence and abuse against them.
I was able to sample the lunch today in the restaurant from the kindness of a friend to me. It was wonderful too. Lovely chargrilled chicken in a lime and coconut sauce with rice... and a self service as much as you want salad to go with it.... I feel I can think clearly now with that lovely nutritious food in me. Now got lots of planning to do with schedule, emails and booking form and assessment of needs. We have no exact date but likely to be in October to link up with the anniversary of the charity we are forming a partnership with - the DVIP....
